I think something is wrong, i stay next to andrea the tailor, which is clearly the npc i have to talk.
But nothing happend, i dont get a dying tube, i cant talk to her about the quest, even when i create my own dying tube, i cant go further in the quest

the distance to the target npc is 25m away but she is next to me.
