First off. Thank you for working on this, I love a lot of it so far!
(but here is the feedback of things I found unfun)
[night cycle]

darkness / night / shop closed - this mechanic makes me just logout
night lasts way too long - again unfun, logout
night is too dark - unfun - just logout
[ideas] Triple the monsters at night / increase monster loot at night
(now would venture out at night)
Shops need to stay open. Closed shop, just unfun.

Buildings take way to long to make. Need a visual indicator of how much more building blocks needed.
(ideas) in the spawn - all buildings should already be there
in an outpost - new area - make us build then up = reasons to venture farther away

[crafting]

crafting list - let skills not available be visible just grayed out
[level up skills]

like to see visual +skill increase (Your strength has increased)
like to see visual +stat increase (your mining has increased)


[Dungeons]
need light spell (dungeons too dark, unfun)
need more monster spawns - too slow with ONE player. Imagine 20...

[magic]
magic makes no sense to understand to get new spells
make level 1 light spell, 1 regeant, 10 mana, available at level 1 start.
(fixes initial magic fun + light problem)


[wilderness]
taming grass for horse? Never seen this anywhere...
[new skills]
new skill cost way too high - 2k = 200 slimes..
